Individual Therapy
60-minute weekly sessions to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll work to understand the different “parts” of you—especially the ones that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain—and how they’ve been trying to protect you.
Through a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS; Parts work) and somatic awareness, you will:
Gain insight into patterns, triggers, and emotional responses
Build a stronger, more trusting relationship with yourself
Process underlying experiences at a pace that feels safe
Develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned and grounded
This work supports both healing and forward movement in your life and relationships.
Career Coaching Series
A focused 4–6 week experience for clarity, direction, and aligned action
If you’re feeling uncertain about your career path, returning to the workforce, or ready for a meaningful change, this structured coaching series is designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters to you—and translate that into clear next steps.
What’s included:
Weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions
Two 20-minute phone check-ins between sessions for support and accountability
Guided exercises to explore your values, strengths, and interests
Practical tools to help you move from insight into action
We’ll gently uncover what’s been keeping you stuck while building a clearer vision for where you want to go.
You don’t have to figure it out alone
you don’t need to have the answer before you begin
I’m Ami.
I am a therapist who supports individuals navigating life transitions, identity development, and meaningful change. My work integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a coaching-informed lens drawn from Design Thinking and the Becoming You frameworks — two approaches that treat life and career decisions as evolving, creative processes rather than problems to solve perfectly on the first try.
